Jennifer Green is the President & CEO of Liberty Partners of Tallahassee, LLC, which she founded in 2007 with U.S. Senator Connie Mack. With nearly 30 years of experience in governmental consulting, she advises large corporations, trade associations, local governments, and nonprofits. In the past five years, her firm has secured over $110 million in state and Federal infrastructure funding for rural clients.

Prior to founding Liberty Partners of Tallahassee, LLC, Jennifer spent a decade as Deputy Executive Director and chief lobbyist for the Florida Institute of CPAs where she managed legislative, regulatory, communications and membership operations and oversaw PAC fundraising. Her earlier roles include lobbying for the Florida Bankers Association and working on high-profile campaigns such as Bush-Quayle 1992 and Jeb Bush’s first gubernatorial race.

 

For nearly 25 years, Jennifer has held the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation for excellence in organizational management. She is a member of ASAE, the Florida Society Association Executives (FSAE) and has served on the Florida Chamber Political Institute Advisory Council, the Florida Chamber CCE, is a past member of FSAE's Board and Foundation Board and a frequent trainer on board and organization governance issues.

 

Jennifer has also earned the Designated Professional Lobbyist (DPL) credential, is a past chairman of FAPL and is current chairman of its Foundation. She also serves as a spokesperson ethics matters, serves as an expert witness in legal cases related to ethics and was the first recipient of the Ken Plante Founder’s Award for ethics in lobbying.

 

Jennifer has been a guest speaker at many statewide and national events has been named as one of Florida’s best “boutique” lobbying firms by Florida Politics Influence Magazine and has been featured in several issues of the publication. Jennifer serves as a spokesperson for many of her clients on issues relating to legislative and regulatory issues and has developed a strong reputation with many of Florida’s most influential news outlets.

 

A graduate of Florida State University (FSU), Jennifer received FSU’s 2025-26 College of Social Sciences and Public Policy Distinguished Alumni award and was included in FSU’s Seminole 100–an award for the top 100 growing companies.

 

On the personal side, Jennifer and her husband Ray have been residents of Southwood continuously since 2006 and in addition to serving as president of her condo association board, Jennifer also recently finished her term serving on the Southwood HOA board.
